The ZenSpot Institute offers 200-hour foundational, 300-hour and 500-hour advanced yoga studies and transformational programs that are recognized by the Yoga Alliance. All programs are offered locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

Program Details

The Path of the Yogi has three training levels that take you from the fundamentals to advanced spiritual practice.

  • 200-Hour Foundational Yoga Program

    Our 200-Hour YTT program is for those individuals just starting out on their yoga teaching journey. This program takes place domestically in Boise, ID at the ZenSpot Institute and is designed to be an immersive experience for all participants interested in learning the foundational tenets of yoga. Successful graduates will receive their RYT certification that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

  • 500-Hour Advanced Study Program

    Our 500-Hour YTT advanced study program takes the Path of the Yogi to the pinnacle of study.  This is the most comprehensive advanced program offered in Yoga at the ZenSpot Institute and takes a deep dive into yogic lifestyle in a profound way. It is Yoga Alliance recognized and is offered internationally, domestically and online to students can participate from anywhere around the globe.
